Troubleshooting
background
globe

Inrush employs a methodical approach to install, test and document electrical equipment that needs to be energized for the first time. By meticulously verifying whether the system operates according to its intentional design, Inrush ensures both safety and reliability. This, of course, applies to equipment at all voltage levels. The commissioning process is based on the stakeholder's requirements, the final design, factory acceptance tests, field acceptance tests, component interconnectivity and functional testing of the system.

Commissioning & Start-up

TO

With our fully qualified, certified and experienced field engineers & techs, Inrush ensures maintenance is being performed up to industry best practices, while employing calibrated testing equipment. Much like any machinery, electrical equipment, , require scheduled upkeep to prevent unscheduled outage. A full maintenance report along with deficiencies, trending results and recommendations are presented. Inrush can also sit down with you do establish a comprehensive long-term maintenance plan for all electrical equipment on site to ensure reliability.

Preventative
Maintenance

maintenance

If old & unwanted electrical equipment needs to be decommissioned and uninstalled, Inrush ensures that the process is done by taking into consideration safety and efficiency in terms of time. The same applies for when new electrical equipment needs to be installed to replace old parts. Whether, the agenda is to modernize or retrofit to improve operations, functionality and reliability, we provide services upgrade old equipment. If old equipment needs to be refurbished or repaired - depending on the scope of work, the equipment can be done on site or in-house.

Retrofit &
Modernization

modernization

To ensure reliability and safety, we offer end-to-end services including diagnostics, testing, and upgrades for protection relays and associated control systems. Our technicians are experienced in assessing and verifying the functionality of protective devices, identifying potential issues, and implementing effective solutions to enhance performance and reduce downtime. Additionally, we provide tailored upgrade solutions to modernize aging equipment, improving system reliability and compliance with current standards.

Protection & Control Testing
